Great Clips is seeking a energetic Salon Manager to lead a locally owned salon team in Riverview, MI. You’ll coach stylists, manage daily operations, and ensure a top-notch guest experience from check-in to checkout.

Qualifications

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
