Job summary

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager for its Argyle, Texas location. You’ll lead a team of stylists, manage daily operations, and deliver excellent client experiences while coaching staff to grow their skills.

You’ll combine hands-on service with leadership duties, ensuring a positive, productive salon culture and reliable customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state requirements apply).
Strong leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
Excellent communication and motivational skills to develop a team.
Strong organizational skills to manage day-to-day salon operations.
Comfort with technology and scheduling tools; ability to read metrics and reports.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
