Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a local salon team. You’ll balance hands-on styling with supervision, coaching, and operational oversight to ensure excellent client experiences.

Earn $24–$27 per hour in base pay, with many managers earning $40+ per hour including tips and bonuses. Benefits include 401(k) with match, health insurance, paid vacation/holidays, and more.

Qualifications

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibilityIlb>An excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
