Job summary

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a locally owned salon team and drive operations to deliver great haircuts. If you’re a licensed stylist with leadership skills, you’ll coach others, build a strong team, and manage day-to-day salon performance.

You’ll balance management and service time, applying leadership and technical training to grow the team, improve customer experience, and maintain a positive, efficient salon culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state requirements vary).
• Strong haircutting skills and ability to coach others to grow skills and confidence.
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take full salon responsibility.
• Excellent communication to motivate, develop, and support a team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage day-to-day salon operations.
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics & reports).
• Goal-oriented with focus on team performance and customer experience.
• Adaptable and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
