Job summary

Great Clips in Menlo Park is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a busy salon, coach a team of stylists, and ensure excellent customer service. The role blends hands-on salon work with strong leadership, training, and operations oversight.

You will manage schedules, mentor staff, and uphold brand standards while delivering great haircuts. A Cosmetology license and strong communication are essential.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
