Job summary

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager in Farmington, NM to lead the team, support daily operations, and foster a welcoming salon environment.

You’ll coach stylists, ensure efficient systems, and focus on delivering a top-notch client experience while maintaining consistent, reliable operations and growth opportunities for the team.

Qualifications

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
