Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead a team of stylists and drive salon performance. If you’re a licensed cosmetologist or barber with leadership experience, you’ll coach others, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and deliver great haircuts with excellent service.

Our managers earn $30-$40 per hour, including commission on services and products. We also offer comprehensive medical and retirement benefits, as well as you can earn PTO.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
