Job summary

Frenchies Smyrna is seeking a hands-on manager to grow memberships, improve guest retention, and coach the team to deliver outstanding service. The role blends leadership with front desk duties or nail services, depending on staffing needs.

The base salary is $40,000–$45,000 plus a monthly bonus, with top performers earning $50K+ annually. You will manage schedules, lead local marketing, and ensure operations meet Frenchies standards for safety and quality.

Full-Time | $40,000–$45,000 base + monthly bonus (top performers earn $50K+)

About the Role

Frenchies Smyrna has served guests for 6 years and has a loyal client base, an active membership program, and a great team. We’re looking for a hands‑on manager to grow memberships and improve new and repeat guest retention, and to coach the team to do the same.

Your Week

• Management (about 25 hrs): lead and train the team, manage the salon schedule, drive local marketing, and grow memberships and retention.
• Front desk or nail services (about 15 hrs):
  • Not a nail tech? Work the front desk: check guests in and out, sell memberships, and rebook every guest.
  • Licensed nail tech? Spend those hours doing services and earn service pay plus tips on top of your salary, while still covering the front desk when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Grow memberships and retention: sell memberships, turn first‑time guests into regulars, keep repeat guests and members coming back, and follow up with guests who haven’t returned.
• Lead and train the team: run daily huddles, train on Frenchies service protocols and membership sales, and motivate everyone to offer memberships and rebooking.
• Manage the schedule: build Nail Specialist and Studio Concierge schedules, cover every shift, handle time‑off requests, and keep the book full.
• Lead local marketing: social media, community outreach, local partnerships, and promotional events that bring in new guests.
• Run daily operations: keep inventory, cleanliness, and sterilization to Frenchies standards.

• Can motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable to goals
• Are organized and comfortable with scheduling software, POS, and reports
• Bring a positive attitude and a professional presence

Preferred: 1+ years leading a team in a salon, spa, gym, or other membership‑based business. Licensed nail technicians are encouraged to apply.
