Job summary

Frenchies Smyrna is seeking a hands-on manager to grow memberships and improve guest retention. You will coach the team, manage the salon schedule, and drive local marketing initiatives to bring in new guests and keep existing members engaged.

The role offers a base salary of $40,000–$45,000 with a monthly bonus; top performers earn $50K+ annually. Licensing as a nail technician is encouraged and leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1+ years leading a team in a salon, spa, gym, or other membership-based business.
• Licensed nail technicians are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable selling and can teach others to sell.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable to goals.
• Organized and comfortable with scheduling software, POS, and reports.
• Positive attitude and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Grow memberships and retention by selling memberships and turning first-time guests into regulars.
• Lead and train the team via daily huddles and service protocol coaching.
• Manage nail specialist and studio concierge schedules and coverage.
• Lead local marketing through social media, community outreach and events.
• Run daily operations: inventory, cleanliness, and salon standards.
