ABOUT US
The Lash Lounge is America's premier lash extension salon with over 100 locations nationwide. Our comprehensive service menu includes tinting, threading, and more in a warm, inviting atmosphere where the health of our clients' natural lashes is our priority.

THE ROLE
As Salon Manager, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences while making key leadership decisions and serving as the vital link between stylists and ownership. This pivotal position shapes our salon's reputation and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management

  • Oversee staff scheduling and maintain optimal coverage
  • Track performance metrics: sales, guest counts, inventory, and operational costs
  • Manage POS system and daily financial reconciliation
Client Experience

  • Uphold our "Gold Standard" customer service in all interactions
  • Supervise appointment scheduling and client communications
  • Maintain meticulous client records and documentation
Salon Management

  • Conduct inventory management and product ordering
  • Ensure salon cleanliness and professional appearance
  • Leverage permanent makeup knowledge for consultations and staff training
  • Support promotional events and brand-building initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

Leadership Experience

  • 3+ years managing teams of 3 or more
  • Proven ability to mentor staff and create collaborative environments
  • Strong problem-solving with effective owner communication
Professional Background

  • 3+ years in front desk sales (salon/spa or membership setting preferred)
  • Permanent makeup knowledge required
  • Experience with MindBody or equivalent salon software

Education
