Key Responsibilities: . - Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of beauty professionals. . - Cultivate a positive, vibrant salon culture where staff and clients feel valued. . - Manage daily salon operations, ensuring a seamless client experience. . - Actively participate in hiring, training, and onboarding new team members. . - Develop sales strategies to achieve business growth and client retention. . - Foster strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service. . - Collaborate with staff to maintain high-quality standards and professional conduct. . - Drive team performance, set goals, and monitor progress. . . Requirements: . - Fluency in both Russian and English (written and spoken) is a must. . - Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (sales experience strongly preferred). . - Proven track record of building and leading successful teams. . - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. . - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. . - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. . - Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends. . - Salon experience is a plus but not required. . .
