Responsibilities:

• Build loyalty and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Consult with customers professionally and enthusiastically
• Manage daily salon operations including staffing and retention
• Achieve sales quotas on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Increase customer traffic through local marketing
• Maintain accurate client billing and track delinquent accounts
• Keep the salon clean and organized
• Handle opening and closing procedures
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Strong sales drive and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
