Salon Managers: Previous management experience is preferred. Salon managers are expected to actively perform all services in the salon, maintain productivity standards, train, coach, and develop their team while conducting themselves professionally.

Salon managers must work a flexible open schedule, including nights, weekends (required), and holidays when the business is open.

A Cosmetology license for the state of this listing is required, as you will be actively behind the chair.

They also provide all hair care services and ensure guest satisfaction and salon profitability. The role involves delivering excellent service through quality consultations, exceptional service, and knowledge sharing to help guests achieve their desired look.

Minimal Qualifications:

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to understand guest needs and perform services efficiently and professionally
• Administrative skills, including scheduling, POS transactions, opening/closing procedures, and light housekeeping
• Ability to resolve guest issues effectively
• Leadership skills to develop and guide a team, creating a positive work environment and providing training and guidance
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
