Job summary

Great Clips Careers of ND & MN is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a talented stylist team and curate a winning salon vibe. You will coach and develop staff, manage daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

This is a high-paying leadership role with a base pay of $22–$24 per hour plus incentives that can push earnings to $40–$50 per hour when tips and incentives are included. Weekly pay and 401(k) matching enhance the package.

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber license required.

What You Bring To The Team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
