You’ll lead by example behind the chair, coach your team, and manage daily operations while driving guest satisfaction and retail success. This hands-on leadership role welcomes flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to support salon needs.

Formación

• Active/Valid cosmetology license.
• Strong leadership and salon experience.
• Great communication and time management skills.
