SmartStyle Hair Salon Smart Hair, LLC is hiring full‑time Licensed Salon Leaders to run a high‑performing team and grow the business. You will lead guest experiences, coach staff, and manage daily salon operations while delivering excellent hair services.

This hands‑on leadership role balances chair work with front‑of‑house responsibilities. Strong cosmetology credentials and leadership experience are required, with availability including evenings and weekends.

SmartStyle, operated by American Salon Group LLC., is seeking talented, licensed salon leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a team in a supportive, growth‑focused environment.

We’re looking for a passionate, driven Salon Leaders to run the show—leading a talented team, growing the business, and delivering amazing client experiences every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Set the pace by working behind the chair—demonstrating skill, service, and leadership in action
