Job summary

Supercuts is looking for skilled stylists to join a busy salon in Allen, TX. You will deliver professional services such as haircuts, color, highlights, waxing, and more while maintaining a friendly atmosphere and handling guest check-ins by phone or online.

The role requires current cosmetology or barber licensing and a manager license as needed by state regulations, with the ability to work evenings and weekends and to lead and develop a team for consistent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs, with quality consultations and services.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, transactions on the computerized register, close-out procedures and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional salon services including haircuts, color/highlights, waxing, and specialty services.
• Check guests in online or by phone and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Lead and develop a team, train staff, and resolve associate issues to ensure service quality and business performance.
