Madison Reed is seeking a General Manager - Licensed Cosmetologist to lead a Hair Color Bar, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and team performance. The role involves managing services, memberships, and retail, with a focus on maintaining standards, operations, and staff development across the bar.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state where applying.
• 2+ years of salon and retail experience.
• 2+ years of operational management experience.
• 2+ years supervising other team members and participating in hiring, training and scheduling.
• Strong level of technical proficiency as a colorist.
• Proven track record of exceeding key operational and performance metrics.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver top-tier guest experience and store performance.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs including retail, services and memberships.
• Ensure staffing and resources for front-of-house operations and services.
• Coach and develop team members to optimize guest satisfaction and Bar performance.
• Recruiting, onboarding, performance management and scheduling of all team members.
