Madison Reed’s Hair Color Bar Manager is a hands-on leader who builds a top guest experience by guiding Shift Leads, Colorists, and Support staff. You’ll set the roadmap for your bar within Madison Reed's operating guidelines and partner with your team to grow the business through community relations and strong service standards.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• 2+ years of salon and retail experience.
• 2+ years operational management experience.
• 2+ years supervising other team members and participating in hiring, training and scheduling.
• Strong level of technical proficiency as a colorist.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team while delivering guest services.
• Meet monthly sales goals and KPIs including retail, services and memberships.
• Ensure staffing, operations, and SOP compliance across Hair Color Bar.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, coach, and train staff.
