Madison Reed is seeking a General Manager - Licensed Cosmetologist to lead a Hair Color Bar. You will drive guest satisfaction, grow the business, and develop a high-performing team while upholding our values of Love, Joy, Trust, Courage and Responsibility.

The role requires an active cosmetology license, 2+ years in salon/retail and operational management, and the ability to work weekends and peak times. Competitive base salary with monthly bonuses is offered, with pay influenced by geography

Qualificações

• Active cosmetology license in the state where applying.
• 2+ years of salon and retail experience.
• 2+ years of operational management experience.
• 2+ years supervising other team members and participating in hiring, training and scheduling.
• Strong level of technical proficiency as a colorist.
• Proven track record of exceeding key operational and performance metrics.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate and continue to develop leadership skills to provide a top tier employee and guest experience aligned with our values.
• Lead by example through sales and service behaviors in all interactions and resolving guest service issues.
• Ensure all aspects of the business are staffed and resourced, including front of house operations, SOPs, retail orders, bookings, services and memberships.
• Demonstrate mastery of all services provided at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, including working behind the chair as needed.
• Step in for district support as needed by the District Manager, including training new Managers or visiting nearby locations.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and other KPIs, including retail sales, services, memberships.
• Ensure Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.
• Demonstrate mastery of Madison Reed systems, policies, processes and procedures.
• Coach and develop team members to maximize team culture, guest satisfaction, and performance.
• Own recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, performance management, coaching and training.
• Manage employee schedules based on forecasts and legal requirements.
