Qualifications

• 1+ years in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems strongly preferred.
• Salon/spa experience preferred; not required.
• Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image; host a positive shop atmosphere.
• Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members.
• Subject matter expert in reservation system; ensure client information is recorded accurately and timely.
• Optimize and maximize appointments with reservation system and ensure timely communication to team.
• Maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and tips/commissions; balance cash drawer at opening, close and shift changes.
• Highschool Diploma required.
