Responsibilities

• Greet clients and ensure a positive experience from entry.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean reception area and retail displays.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Assist in retail sales with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Monitor inventory and place supply orders as needed.
• Coordinate flow from reception to cutting floor with the team.
• Perform secondary duties such as cleaning, sanitation and stocking.
• Support marketing efforts, including local promotions and social media updates.
• Participate in Sport Clips training.
