Sport Clips is looking for a proactive Salon Coordinator in Savannah, GA to deliver exceptional customer service and keep salon operations running smoothly. You will greet clients, manage phones, handle transactions, assist with retail sales, and support marketing efforts while working closely with a dynamic team.

No prior salon experience required, but strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, receptionist, front desk or salon coordination preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office and basic social media.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and ensure a positive experience from arrival.
• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and retail displays.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Assist in retail sales with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Monitor salon inventory and place orders for supplies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth flow from reception to cutting floor.
• Complete secondary duties such as cleaning, sanitation, and stocking.
• Assist in local marketing efforts and social media updates.
