Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, receptionist or front desk roles preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office and basic social media.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and ensure a positive first impression.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a clean reception area and retail displays.
• Handle cash and process card payments.
• Assist in retail sales with product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory and place supply orders.
• Coordinate flow between reception and cutting floor.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and stocking tasks.
• Support local marketing efforts and social media updates.
• Participate in Sport Clips training.
