Palm Beach Tan in Bel Air, MD is seeking a driven Salon Director/Store Manager to lead daily salon operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand and move for long periods (7 hours).
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Track goals and performance metrics.
