Sun Tan City in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Salon Director to lead a busy team, coach staff, and deliver a premium client experience while actively driving revenue and growth for the salon. In this role you’ll oversee daily operations, scheduling, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards, while developing team members through feedback, training, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership or management experience.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Drive sales and revenue by coaching your team and setting goals.
• Develop team members with feedback, training, and accountability.
• Track metrics and implement action plans to boost results.
