Sun Tan City in Shawnee, KS is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to keep the salon on track, coach the team, and ensure every client interaction shines.

You will motivate staff to reach sales goals, lead by example in service and operations, train and provide feedback, and oversee scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness while driving growth and maintaining a positive, energetic workplace.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience.
• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach team members to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Lead by example in sales, customer service, and operational excellence
• Deliver ongoing training, performance feedback, and accountability to your team
• Oversee salon operations alongside the Salon Director, including scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and client experience
• Assist in developing promotions and using sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
