Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director to lead the team and manage overall salon operations, staffing, and guest experience. You will supervise staff, hire, train, evaluate, and ensure exceptional client service while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

The role requires managing performance, driving sales, and aligning with company programs to achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• College education preferred but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and coach employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Follow up swiftly on client concerns and issues.
• Maintain a positive example during high volume periods.
• Ensure client-first attitude and hold team accountable for quality service.
• Drive metrics by developing action plans and implementing programs.
• Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the salon.
