Job summary

Sun Tan City - Mason Group is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance and deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced salon. You will supervise tanning consultants, coach staff, and lead by example while maintaining operational excellence and meeting productivity goals.

The role requires management or sales experience, a customer-service mindset, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leaderships skills, with the ability to coach and mentor.
• Ability to work nights & weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in all company operations, including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members’ daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while also controlling labor costs.
