Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, elevate client service, and oversee Tanning Consultants. Lead by example to maintain a clean, client-focused environment, set goals, and coach team members for improved daily results.

The role requires management or sales experience, familiarity with Word/Excel/Outlook, and a customer-service mindset. Excellent leadership and scheduling skills are valued for success in a fast-paced beauty retail setting.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in client-centric experiences and sales.
• Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
• Set goals and coach Team Members to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Help manage revenue and expenses, and optimize staffing for productivity.
