Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead by example in customer service and sales performance.
- Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
- Set goals and objectives for team members.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Assist with sales reports and inventory management.
- Support Salon Director in controlling revenue and expenses.
- Help maintain staffing levels for productivity and service.
- Able to work nights and weekends.
- Work a 5-day week with 35–45 hours per week depending on status.
