• A friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for the beauty industry.
• Working towards a cosmetology or barber license is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude and ensure a positive experience.
• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including retail displays.
• Handle financial transactions, including cash handling and processing credit card payments.
• Assist in retail sales with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Monitor and maintain salon inventory and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth operations from reception to cutting floor.
• Complete secondary responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager (cleaning, stocking, etc.).
• Assist in marketing efforts, including local neighborhood marketing and social media updates.
• Participate in Sport Clips training.
