You will greet clients, handle inquiries, manage the reception area, process transactions, and assist in retail sales while coordinating with the team to create a seamless flow from the front desk to the cutting floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude and ensure a positive first impression.
• Answer calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean reception area and retail displays.
• Process cash and credit card payments.
• Assist in retail sales with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Monitor inventory and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth flow from reception to cutting floor.
• Perform secondary duties such as cleaning, sanitation, and stocking.
• Support local marketing efforts and social media updates.
• Participate in Sport Clips training.
