• Demonstrating strong technical skills (licensed stylist/barber state of MD) with ability to mentor
• Leading and inspiring the team (by example)
• Promoting Sharkey’s to new customers and potential new team members
• Assisting with and overseeing daily operations, as appropriate
• Role modeling professional appearance and positivity
• Recruiting awesome staff
• Building client base
• Ability to prevent and manage customer complaints with grace
