Reporting to the Store Manager, stylists are consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and think beyond the task. You are responsible for modeling and coaching to deliver an exceptional experience to all consumers through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Support the leadership team to succeed:

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs, consistent with Levi's service approach.
• Engage consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program to promote Levi's omni experience.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy, ensuring customer satisfaction. Partner with store management on elevated issues.
• Handle all cash and merchandise operations efficiently, including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment, while maintaining standards. Follow store policies and procedures.

The role requires someone who:

• Is fashion-savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
• Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Can lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks like standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
