Requis Salons is a Regis franchisee seeking a skilled Salon Assistant Manager to drive service and retail sales through a defined plan while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Requires salon/beauty service background and a current cosmetology or barber license (or enrollment to obtain one).

The role includes providing full range of hair care services, building a loyal clientele, and recruiting and staffing the salon locations.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a salon, beauty, and/or service environment.
• License required or currently in school to obtain license.
• Strong leadership and client-relations skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of hair care services offered by the salon.
• Build clientele quickly and create lifelong salon guests through professionalism and exceptional service.
