Requis Salons is a Regis franchisee operating SmartStyle, Supercuts, and Cost Cutters. We are seeking a Salon Assistant Manager in the United States to drive service and retail sales, manage a team of stylists, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have a current state cosmetology or barber license (or be enrolled to obtain one) and a track record of building a strong client base through professional service and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a salon, beauty, and/or service environment.
• Ability to drive service and retail sales through a strategic plan.
• Proven ability to build and retain a salon guest base.
• Recruit and fully staff salon teams.

Salon Assistant Manager

Overview:

We are looking for highly skilled, highly motivated and energetic Salon Assistant Manager with proven ability to drive service and retail sales through a defined strategic plan while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities:

Salon Assistant Manager provide a full range of hair care services offered by their salon.

Our Salon Assistant Manager build clientele quickly and create salon guests for life by portraying a professional image and providing exceptional services.

Salon Assistant Manager is responsible for recruiting and fully staffing their salons.

A current state cosmetology or barber license is required for this position or you must currently be enrolled in school to obtain the required license.
