Requis Salons is seeking a Salon Assistant Manager to lead and develop a team of stylists while delivering outstanding guest experiences. A current cosmetology or barber license is required, or you must be enrolled in school to obtain the license.

You will drive service and retail sales through a strategic plan and maintain a professional image. You will recruit, hire, and fully staff the salon, build clientele, and ensure guests leave satisfied.

Qualifications

• Current state cosmetology or barber license is required.
• Experience in a salon, beauty, and/or service environment.
• Enrollment in school to obtain the required license is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of hair care services offered by their salon.
• Build clientele quickly and create salon guests for life by portraying a professional image and providing exceptional services.
