Job summary

Supercuts is seeking an Assistant Manager in Madison, WI to lead a fast-paced salon team under the guidance of the Salon Manager. The role emphasizes strong leadership, coaching, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a busy environment.

You will work with a professional Manager within Via Moda Group, a Wisconsin-based, family-owned company, and earn an hourly wage with commission potential. A valid cosmetology or barber license is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state cosmetology or barber license.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to support a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading salon operations and staff.
• Work with the Manager to coach and motivate stylists.
