Job summary

Supercuts, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager at our busy WA salon to deliver outstanding client experiences and lead daily operations.

You’ll mentor stylists, manage scheduling, training, and inventory, and collaborate with ownership to grow the local business. A cosmetology license and leadership aptitude are required; we offer paid trainings, benefits, and opportunities to advance within our family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology/barber license required.
• Experience in salon leadership or management preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor stylists and manage day-to-day operations.
