Job summary

Supercuts, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager in Wisconsin to lead the salon team and support daily operations with a positive, service-focused approach.

You will work alongside a professional Manager, develop leadership skills, and contribute to guest satisfaction in a busy salon environment.

Earn $18-$20+ per hour with a competitive base wage and commission plan; medical, dental, vision, and more are provided. A current state cosmetology or barber license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current state cosmetology or barber license.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Willing to learn and contribute to a positive salon environment.
