Salesperson

Entry‑level sales position supporting the DIY business and achieving our sales and service objectives. Requires basic automotive and part knowledge, ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers, and in‑depth understanding of store inventory and maintenance processes. Position may be part‑time or full‑time. Fleet safety certification preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put‑away, shoot‑outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed

Store Driver

Entry‑level store position responsible for delivering parts to commercial customers. Must be fleet safety certified. Position may be part‑time or full‑time.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
• Pick and stage parts for customer orders
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly / monthly sales flyer
• Daily collection of credit accounts

Secondary Responsibilities

• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock

Physical Demands

Employee will predominantly be walking or standing, must be able to talk and hear, use hands and fingers, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently lifts or moves up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Requires close and distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

Employee usually works inside but occasionally outside, exposed to weather. Tasks such as installing batteries and wiper blades. May be exposed to moving mechanical parts, high places, toxic or caustic chemicals, electrical shock, explosives, and vibration. Noise level usually moderate.

Compensation Range: 11.80 USD PER HOUR - 12.54 USD PER HOUR
