Dover's Vehicle Service Group (VSG) in Austin, TX seeks a results-driven General Field Sales professional to drive growth across direct and indirect channels.

You will engage with new and existing customers, assess needs, present solutions, and deliver bids and demonstrations while building lasting relationships. A discretionary bonus plan rewards performance.

Dover's Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is the global leader in vehicle service equipment. collision repair (Chief), wheel services, diagnostics (Butler, Rotary, Chief and Ravaglioli) and tier-one automotive brands (Warn Automotive) with operations worldwide, including regional business operation centers and large manufacturing facilities in the U.General Field Sales work includes face-to-face and remote selling to both new and existing customers including: Selling directly to the end consumer/business purchaser or indirectly through various sales channels. Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions. Developing and delivering sales bids, presentations, and proposals and conducting product demonstrations. Identifying and contacting prospective customers and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business Incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets. A Professional 3 applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.. This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
