You’ll have access to an unparalleled product selection at unbeatable prices with no cold calling. Top performers can earn over $130,000 per year, with a planned start date in early 2027.

This is not your typical sales job; you’ll be part of a team behind a trusted brand that values service, quality, and customer care on the showroom floor and beyond.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance.
• High degree of self-motivation and positive attitude.
• Customer-centric and enjoys serving others.
• Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
• Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet.
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred.

Pay Range: $44,000 - 159,000 annually (100% Commission Based)

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression
• Connect Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid “grouping” or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings
• Be the Expert Know your customers, know your products – find the perfect fit
• Maintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing
• Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution
