Responsibilities

• Create a WOW experience for the customer by providing product information during the retail experience process based off their needs.
• Create a consumer loyalty towards manufacturer and retailer for future purchases.
• Attend and master training on the proper use of scenarios so staff can effectively implement/demonstrate to customers.
• Train staff on core selling skills using all available or preferred methods.
• Close the sale by reinforcing the customers purchase by demonstrating that their purchase will improve their lives.
