Job summary

Crest Honda, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking an eSales Agent to respond to internet inquiries and schedule appointments for new and pre-owned vehicles. You will use CRM and lead-management tools to manage inquiries and build a premium customer experience while promoting the dealership's products and services.

The role emphasizes prompt data entry, reporting, and a customer-first approach, with a focus on driving sales through professional communication and integrity.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM promptly and accurately.
• Generate sales appointments with prospects.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and experience.

Annual pay range

$50k-$250k based on sales commission

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.

• Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis

Additional Information

The Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles. The eSales Agent delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. This highly accountable position uses lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest. The eSales Agent will be trained to understand all products and services offered, will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.
