Beverly Hills BMW, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through vehicle purchasing, while presenting features and financing options.

You will follow up with leads via phone, email, text, and CRM to build lasting relationships, stay informed on promotions, and strive to meet monthly sales goals while delivering outstanding service.

Salary: Up to $250,000+ / year (based on performance)

• $19 / hour plus monthly draw and commission

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain available options and benefits.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers through phone, email, text, and CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed on dealership inventory, promotions, financing, and leasing programs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Additional Information

(The Salesperson Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $19.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit)
