Insurance Broker & Regional Manager at Equis Financial, Owner of Shield Financial

This position is an exciting, 100% fully remote Life Insurance Agent role for individuals seeking a flexible and rewarding career that can be done from the comfort of their own home.

We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional to engage with potential customers and provide tailored life insurance solutions that meet their needs. In this role, you will have the independence to manage your schedule, with access to daily training and support from some of the top producers in the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Leverage our exclusive platform to connect with individuals interested in our life insurance products, focusing on engaging and serving clients.
  • Client Engagement: Present and promote life insurance solutions by conducting thorough needs assessments, helping clients make informed decisions aligned with their financial goals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and ongoing support, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Training & Development: Participate in live coaching sessions and gain hands-on experience from top virtual sales reps to accelerate your growth.
  • Sales Tracking: Use advanced tools to maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, safeguarding client information and maintaining ethical practices.
Qualifications:
  • Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to offer solutions fitting client concerns and budgets.
  • Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (training/support provided).
