Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Part-Time Salesperson to support our business development and client engagement efforts. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for relationship building, and a keen interest in real estate. You’ll work closely with our brokerage teams to identify opportunities, generate leads, and help grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Assist in presenting Cushman & Wakefield services to prospective clients
• Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate sales activity and contact information
• Coordinate and participate in client meetings, property tours, and presentations
• Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare proposals and sales materials
• Track market activity and report on competitor trends and opportunities
• Support brokers with administrative and research tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, sales, or real estate preferred
• Previous sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (real estate preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, with strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Real estate license (or interest in obtaining one) is a plus
