Job summary

Roller Rabbit, LLC is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in the Nashville area to deliver an engaging in-store experience. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and offer product recommendations that reflect the Roller Rabbit brand.

Responsibilities include processing sales, maintaining visual merchandising, restocking, and keeping the store clean and organized. You will assist with fitting rooms, share fabric details, help build outfits and gift selections, and support store

Role Description

The Sales Associate is a part-time, on-site role based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for delivering an engaging in-store experience by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and offering product recommendations that reflect the Roller Rabbit brand. Day-to-day tasks include processing sales transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, restocking inventory, and keeping the store clean and organized. The Sales Associate will assist with fitting rooms, share product stories and fabric details, and help customers build outfits and gift selections. This role also supports store events, contributes to achieving sales targets, and collaborates with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong customer service and relationship-building skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Candidates should possess sales and retail skills, such as POS operation, cash handling, upselling and cross-selling, and familiarity with basic sales metrics.
• Candidates should possess merchandising and product presentation skills, including attention to detail in displays, sizing, folding, and maintaining brand standards.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, tasks, and priorities in a dynamic store environment.
• Candidates should possess teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to support colleagues, share information, and contribute to a positive store culture.
